• Due to the cracked screen, the regular dealer refused to repair it because it was out of stock, so I asked them to replace the parts here. I was able to answer the question politely, but the touch sensor became unstable after the replacement. I had it redone within the two-month warranty period, and it improved to some extent, but the instability was not fixed. I thought about bringing it in again, but it seems that the quality of the parts manufacturer is also a factor, so I gave up thinking that this time it would be a study fee. • Ask for screen repair. Correspondence is polite. As for the finished product, the adhesion was rough at first, and it ended up popping open in about a week. Even though the battery should have been replaced with a new one, it took about a week, and even with a full charge, it didn't last half a day. I should have requested it at a regular store.
