- Shiromasan was very helpful. My iMac was not working, couldn’t even get it to turn on. After hearing the repairman explain the costs of fixing it I decided to get a new one and avoid future repairs. Shiromasan explained in English to me and helped me make an informed decision.

- I was very pleased with the information provided by staff name ヒガヒデミチさん. I never used Apple products but he was very good at explanation regarding professional graphics and design work in Mac Pro. So I decided to buy customized Mac Pro with M1 Max processor and 32 gb ram from Apple online store of Japan. I am very happy and thankful!
